(WTI), a leading provider of information technology (IT) solutions and services to the federal government, proudly announces it has successfully achieved a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 2 appraisal in Service (SVC) from the CMMI Institute.
The CMMI appraisal measures an organization’s maturity and ability to set process improvement goals and priorities, and accelerate performance across all areas of the organization. This rating reaffirms WTI’s investment in experienced management and best practices throughout the organization, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and mission assurance.

The CMMI-SVC Level 2 areas WTI was appraised for include: Configuration Management, Measurement and Analysis, Process and Product Quality Assurance, Requirements Management, Service Delivery, Supplier Agreement Management, Work Monitoring and Control, and Work Planning. Woodbury was appraised for Level 2 ‘Continuous’ meaning they were also appraised in several Level 3 areas which include: Capacity and Availability Management, Incident Resolution and Prevention, Organizational Training, Risk Management, and Service Continuity.
